All mainland UK orders are going to be delivered by our chosen courier which can vary. All parcels are collected by a local courier and end-to-end delivery is guaranteed within 3-5 working days.

Stock permitting, all orders are usually despatched within 24 hours, to arrive with UK customers within 3-5 working days. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the expected arrival date at checkout and we will despatch it as soon as it arrives.

All Europe, Rest of the world we offer a flat rate shipping but advise that it can take up to 10-14 working days to deliver depending on the exact location.

NOTE: All overseas deliveries are subject to local import duties and taxes, and may be affected by Customs and Excise delays. Please note that SOi86 cannot be held liable for any local import duties and taxes imposed by your country of origin.

Returns policy

We are happy to exchange or refund your purchase if you are not entirely satisfied with our product. Delivery charges are non refundable. All UK exchanges are subject to a £5.99 return delivery charge and overseas as detailed in our delivery charges above. All customer returns are subject to a £10 admin charge.

If you wish to return any items purchased online at , please follow the following steps:

1. If you wish to return an item, you must notify your intention to return it, in writing by emailing us at [email protected], within 7 working days from the date you received your goods. The item(s) must then be returned within 14 days of invoice date (UK customers); 21 days (Europe excluding UK); 28 days (Rest of the world).

2. All items must be returned in unused (re-saleable) condition. You are entitled to a refund within 30 days of returning your item.

3. The customer is responsible for the postage costs incurred when returning an item. Goods must be returned with proof of purchase by registered post only. We cannot be held responsible for any item returned to us in any other way.

Return of faulty, incorrect or sub-standard products

Please follow the same procedures as above. However, if the products you return are faulty, incorrect or damaged in transit, we will refund you the cost of the return postage, as well as the goods and your original postage and packing charge.
